This three day fast-paced seminar is designed to introduce functional analysts and application developers to service-oriented architecture and service-oriented development. This course provides an overview of the basic features of Hyperservice® Studio, as well as an architectural overview of the NextAxiom SRE (Service Runtime Environment) and service plug-in framework. Fast Start Seminars are held on a regular basis in San Francisco, California.
The two day Executive Seminar will assist top management realize the maximum business benefit from a service-oriented architecture. Executives will gain an understanding of changing roles, business rules and responsibilities that are a result of a service-oriented architecture. Upon completion of the seminar executives will be able to provide guidance throughout the organization to achieve the vision of business agility on demand and its powerful effectiveness in business execution.
This five day hands-on course explores the core features of Hyperservice® Business Platform and provides the information your team needs to develop, deploy, and manage service-oriented applications. Hyperservice® Fundamentals courses are scheduled as needed and can be conducted on-site.
The Advanced Topics course explores expert techniques for applying the Hyperservice® Business Platform to develop sophisticated business applications. Course topics address advanced programming techniques as well as service-oriented design patterns and best practices. Optional topics include how to develop service plug-ins and wizard plug-ins to service-enable existing software assets. Attendees should already have basic operating knowledge of the Hyperservice® Business Platform from the Fundamentals Course or equivalent experience. The Advanced Topics course can be scheduled immediately after the Fundamentals Course.

NextAxiom provides a progressive range of technical support options designed to ensure that you get expert help to solve problems and get questions answered quickly. Choose the features of your support plan that fit the scope of your project.
As a NextAxiom customer you have the choice of support level to suit your requirements. Built in flexibility allows you to increase or decrease your support level as your needs change. So for instance, while in initial development you may not have as much of an imediatte need for support as you would once in production, so you can choose to start low and then increase you support as you move into production.
Standard: Standard Support includes full technical support during business hours through email or phone. All minor, maintenance and patch releases within a major release.
Premier: Premier Support includes everything in Standard Support, plus all Major releases.
Premier Plus: Premier Plus Support includes everything in Premier Support, plus 24x7 support.
Priority Service: Priority Service is an available add-on to Premier or Premier Plus and will automatically move your issues "up the queue" within the initial priority set on that issue. For instance, if an issue is deemed to be priority 2, that issue would be handled prior to other priority 2 issues but not before priority 1 issues.
